1/3 cup vegetable oil | 1 tsp. baking powder | |
2 eggs | 1/8 tsp. salt | |

Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in a sauce pan on a low-to-moderate heat burner. Blend in brown sugar and vegetable oil. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix together.
Separately, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add this to the chocolate chip, sugar and oil mixture.
Chill dough 1-2 hours. Then drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar. Roll around to coat completely.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° for 10-12 minutes. This should make at least 2 dozen cookies.
