1 lb. salmon fillet | 1 Tblsp. honey | |
¼ tsp. salt | 1 Tblsp. mustard | |
¼ tsp. pepper | 1 Tblsp. brown sugar | |
squeeze of fresh lemon juice |
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray salmon fillet with nonfat cooking spray and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Mix honey, mustard, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Drizzle mixture over top of salmon. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
