Honey-Mustard Salmon

1 lb. salmon fillet 1 Tblsp. honey
¼ tsp. salt 1 Tblsp. mustard
¼ tsp. pepper 1 Tblsp. brown sugar
squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°.  Spray salmon fillet with nonfat cooking spray and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.  Mix honey, mustard, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.  Drizzle mixture over top of salmon.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Serves 4.
