Did Valerie Jarrett Limit
Defensive Actions in Benghazi?

Many of us have been thinking that it was President Obama who limited the military defensive actions in Benghazi, which resulted in the assassination of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the murders of three other Americans. It is possible the Benghazi defenses could have been compromised by orders directly from Valerie Jarrett.

Valerie Jarrett appears to carry much power in the White House. It has been suggested that Jarrett makes most major policy and administrative decisions for President Obama. Fox News reported,

Jarrett allegedly urged Obama on three different occasions to cancel the operation to kill Usama bin Laden, before Obama giving the final OK on the Navy SEALs mission on May 2, 2011, according to accounts revealed in Richard Miniter's new book, "Leading From Behind: The Reluctant President and the Advisors Who Decide for Him." Other observers have questioned why Jarrett receives Secret Service protection, which is very unusual for presidential aides. "Jarrett seems to have a 24-hour, around-the-clock (security) detail, with five or six agents full time," Democratic pollster Pat Caddell said in an interview with Breitbart. "The media has been completely uninterested," Caddell said. "We don't provide security for our ambassador in Libya, but she needs a full Secret Service security detail. And nobody thinks there's anything wrong with this."

Ted Cronn suggested on Godfather Politics that Valerie Jarrett, and not President Obama, may have been person directing the US troops and the CIA to stand down in Benghazi,

Tempting as it is to point the finger at Obama for Benghazi, there is another person who has been alleged to be the "real" power at the White House, who is Iranian-American and has been implicated in aborting several attempts to get Osama bin Laden before he was successfully killed. That person is Valerie Jarrett. Ansar al-Sharia in Yemen is a tool of Iran. It seems likely the Libya wing would be also. Jarrett was rumored about the time of Benghazi to be in secret talks with the Iranian government about ending its nuclear weapons program. Is it possible that Jarrett might have been behind U.S. forces being told to stand down in Benghazi, then edited the CIA remarks, possibly for the sake of whatever goals her talks had? Jarrett is said to have guided the careers of both Obamas. Could the president be covering for his benefactor?
